Reviews + Notes

Cigar Dojo

I really enjoy what Black Star Line Cigars is doing. Boutique cigar brands tend to be a little generic in their blending, but Aric is proving with Mr. Fahrenheit that he is not resting on his laurels or settling for “good enough.” He’s pushing Black Star Line’s limits, and I personally like the direction. Mr. Fahrenheit is new yet familiar at the same time, and I see myself enjoying many more in the future.  Rating: 89/100

Oak Glen Tobacconist

In terms of flavor notes, this definitely stands out from the rest of the Black Star Line Cigar catalog. Notes of earth, leather, and prominent caramel and kettle corn come in waves as the second third transitions. There are a few hints of spice and coffee, but overall, Black Star Line Mr. Fahrenheit leans on the sweeter side.
