While performing in Puerto Rico, the legendary cigar figure and jazz artist Avo Uvezian shared that he used to buy local cigars nightly, placing them on the piano for anyone in the audience who wanted to enjoy them. Over time, these cigars gained popularity among his fans. In 1987, Avo Uvezian crossed paths with Hendrik "Henke" Kelner from Davidoff, leading to a collaboration to craft unique cigars for the musician.
